Team Leader/SW Delivery Leader

Successful Czech owned company, recognised globally as a leader in advanced control technology for the power generation sector is looking for a new Team Leader/SW Delivery Leader, that will be responsible for leading a small a team (about 5 people), that consist of SW/FW developers, testers, analysts.

About position:

You will be managing performance of your team, setting KPIs, planning capacities, coaching your team, and leading the further career development. You could be working with embedded teams that develop FW for our controllers or teams that develop configuration tools (Web/Desktop applications).

• Lead and manage successful delivery of all key milestones and product outcomes on time and to expected standards
• Plan and manage the workload of your team – C/C++, Full-stack Developers, Testers, Analysts
• Support and coach your team members to build and develop their career in chosen direction
• Act as scrum master to develop agile behaviors and encourage productivity
• Coding is optional and it could take about 20% of your time.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge and experiences with principles of software design and development
• Technical education with focus on SW/FW development is an advantage
• Motivation to actively work with your team to motivate and develop them professionally
• Knowledge of agile methodologies as a big plus English on a communicative level
