System Test Engineer (Python)

ABOUT POSITION:

As part of the multi-year project R7 the Data Management team is building Eurex' new risk and market data platform. The team focuses on the development of new functionality in microservice cloud native architecture to serve the customers’ needs. Besides the development and configuration of data management functionalities (e.g., data cleansing), the team is also working on establishing new interfaces to the risk calculation platform R7 which will be built in parallel.

We are looking for a dedicated test engineer to join our IT hub in Prague and help us with the functional and technical tests of the Eurex risk management system.

TECHNOLOGIES WE USE:

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of two years commercial experience in software testing
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Linux, command line and scripting
• Experience with Jira, Git/GitHub
• Working proficiency and communication skills in English

NICE TO HAVE:

• Basic knowledge of financial markets (bonds, equities, interest rate swaps, futures, options)
• Experience with containerization and cloud technologies (GCP, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Experience with distributed, in-memory databases
• Experience with Grafana
