Your role and responsibilities

• Define cloud solution architecture design for large data platforms.
• Establish data governance standards and processes.
• Lead teams of data analysts and engineers in delivering end-to-end data solutions.
• Oversee project streams and prepare functional and technical designs.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues, enhancing their skills and career paths.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in data management.
• Practical cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or similar.
• Proficiency in tools such as Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview, BigQuery, AWS Glue, etc.
• Familiarity with data management capabilities, including data mesh architecture, master data management, data modeling in data vault, and data governance.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality.
• Experience in leading delivery teams in the data management area.
