We are looking for a talented Service Desk Agent fluent in Italian and English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional user support, resolve technical issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.

🎯 Your responsibilities:

• Efficiently resolving technical tickets and phone queries.
• Providing 1st level IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Collaborating with business units to ensure timely service delivery.

⏱ Working conditions:

• Regular shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00.
• Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office.

🔑 What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies, including:
• Windows PCs
• Office applications
• Azure Active Directory (AD)
• 1st level IT support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
