We are looking for a talented Service Desk Agent fluent in Italian and English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional user support, resolve technical issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.

🎯 Your responsibilities:
- Efficiently resolving technical tickets and phone queries.
- Providing 1st level IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
- Collaborating with business units to ensure timely service delivery.
⏱ Working conditions:
- Regular shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00.
- Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office.
🔑 What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies, including:
- Windows PCs
- Office applications
- Azure Active Directory (AD)
- 1st level IT support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
