Your Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle technical tickets and calls.
• Execute 1st level IT support to resolve end-user issues.
• Collaborate with Business Units to ensure timely service delivery.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: : Dutch, Danish, Italian along with English
• Technical Skills: Basic IT knowledge including Windows, Office applications, and Azure Active Directory.
• Customer Interaction: Stellar communication and customer service abilities.

Work Conditions

• Shifts: Regular hours from 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00.
• Hybrid Work: Enjoy a flexible work regime with 2 days per week in the office.
