🛠 ABOUT THE ROLE

As a SAP Payroll/HCM Architect, you will play a key role in a European SAP Payroll transformation program focused on consolidating and modernizing payroll solutions across multiple countries. You will be responsible for assessing the current payroll landscape, designing a scalable, compliant target architecture, and guiding the solution through implementation to production readiness. The role also involves defining integration standards, ensuring GDPR compliance, and supporting project management activities throughout the transformation lifecycle.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have commercial experience with:

• SAP HCM
• SAP ESS/MSS
• Infrastructure Design and Architecture
• Oracle HCM (BEA Oracle

Strong expertise in:

• SAP S/4HANA
• Solution and system landscape architecture
• Security, compliance, and GDPR requirements
• Non-functional requirements (performance, audit-readiness)

Proficiency:

• Technology: SAP S/4HANA – Expert level
• Secondary Technology: Oracle HCM – Advanced level
• Fluent English (minimum B level, C preferred)
• Stable project history (no frequent short-term engagements)
