We are looking for a PHP Lead Developer to lead the development of web applications, portals, and community platforms for clients across various industries—from government to innovative companies. You'll be a key member of the project team, with space not only for technical implementation but also for your ideas and improvements.
🧩 What awaits you?
- Development of specialized web applications and portals built on Symfony
- Collaboration with UX specialists, designers, project managers, and developers
- Architecture design and application concepts – you'll have decision-making freedom
- Taking technical leadership and mentoring colleagues
- Optimizing development processes – if something makes sense to improve, you have the freedom to do it
- Close cooperation with project management to ensure feasibility and quality
🔧 What we work with & what you should know
- PHP and Symfony (Symfony Bundles, Doctrine ORM, TWIG)
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – you won’t focus on the frontend, but understanding it is essential
- Strong knowledge of MVC architecture and design patterns
- PHPUnit and Symfony testing tools
- Bonus: GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Solr, SQL databases
🗣️ Language requirements
- English at B2+ level (regular team communication)
- German is a big plus, but not required
