Their companies provide a comprehensive suite of services, from designing ICT architecture to cloud services and enterprise application implementation, as well as developing proprietary software solutions and outsourcing services.

About Position:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide end-user support, manage virtual servers and printers, ensure audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms functions properly, and communicate effectively with the IT support team at our international parent company. Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Manage printers and basic virtual server operations
• Ensure audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms is operational
• Communicate effectively with the IT support team at our international parent company

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in providing end-user support and resolving technical problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic experience with virtual server management and the Microsoft admin console
• Experience with Active Directory (AD) and file server management
• Experience working with audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with an international team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
