Infrastructure Architect with German start from 1.7.2023

INTRODUCTION ABOUT COMPANY

This company is a software service provider for customers in German-speaking countries. As a result, we hold a strong competitive edge in the market and are involved in tenders for latest projects in the German market.

ABOUT POSITION:

As Infrastructure Architect you will be part of our Operations team as expert for all topics related to the design the infrastructure for microservice applications, including properly designed CI/CD pipelines and bring together more software vendors into one running infrastructure. You will closely cooperate with the project managers and customers and will help them to setup and manage the infrastructure needed for their projects/production environments.

You will have opportunity for self-development, realizations of your ideas and learning new things. We can offer you varied work in company where we live our values and where each opinion matters.

What will be your daily duties?

analysis of requirements and propose the suitable architecture
close cooperation with the IT department of the customer and close cooperation with the Software development companies which develop the software which we run
be our proxy to customer and external Software development companies
prepare documentation
bring new ideas

REQUIREMENTS:

Education in IT field
General overview of the microservice architecture (Kubernetes or OpenShift)
General knowledge of GitOps approach and automation
General knowledge of the CI/CD process and related tools (GitLab, ArgoCD, Ansible, JFrog, …)
General overview about whole IT (databases, networking, security, virtualization, …)
Advanced communication skills in English and German (B2+).

ABOUT PROJEKCT:

Freelance or permament placement - full time
