Your Impactful Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and implement effective test strategies and plans.
• Lead and coordinate functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and acceptance tests.
• Oversee the creation, monitoring, and control of test methods to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Manage the selection and use of test tools, driving automation and efficiency within the team.
• Communicate test results and insights to project managers, stakeholders, and business owners.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for comprehensive IS testing outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in executing and designing test cases.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate testing efforts.
• Proficient with test management tools such as HP Quality Center and JIRA.
• Strong grasp of Agile development practices (SCRUM, LEAN, KANBAN).
• ISTQB certification required.
• High School diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking or similar industry.
• Knowledge of SQL and Cloud technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus.
