Your Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of leading and coordinating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support teams.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Engage in regular customer interactions and act as an escalation point for critical issues.
• Set up new services for customers and continuously improve internal processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Proficiency in English (B2+) and German (C1+) is a must.
• Reliable, stress-resistant with a customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, ideally powered by OKD/Kubernetes.
