Fullstack Lead Engineer

• work independently
• able to do pair programming
• communication with the cross teams
• familiar with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js and NodeJS/.Net
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

REQUIREMENTS:

Soft skills

• fluent english (speaking and writting) as the daily communication with the internation team members is required
• good planning skills
• able to share the knowledge
• good communication skills (able to propose tech debt, architectural changes, discuss requirements)
• willingness to learn and progressing in gain knowledge
• knowledge about Scrum process
• understanding of product ownership

Technical skills:

• Practical experience in React JS, Node JS or .Net
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Understanding the importance and practical experience writting Unit Tests/Integration Tests
• Knowledge about the AWS, Docker are is nice to have
• Experience with Jira, Bamboo, BitBucket

• MD rate is according to your level of your experience.
