The Swiss-based family owned company is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency. Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on machines. Every day, billions of people come into contact with technologies to cover their basic needs for foods, mobility, or communication.
ABOUT POSITION
- The project is called Insights, an industrial software IoT platform, that will be utilized in industrial plants all over the world.
- In simple words, Insights is a platform for connecting machines to a cloud application.
- The factory owner (our customer) is able to connect to Insights platform from anywhere in the world, and get live information about his plant and machines in a user-friendly dashboard, which displays all necessary data from his machines etc.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Creating code infrastructure with tools built in C#, ensuring rapid replication, effortless restoration, and seamless scalability.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and streamlining our Azure solutions, achieving exceptional performance, efficiency and security awareness.
- Taking care of service enhancement, dissecting incidents/problems from cloud to edge, and resolving them with lasting solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, and recommend solutions that enhance the value of the platform.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive disaster recovery plans, ensuring our operations are robust and always backed-up.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ Years experience in DevOps.
- 4+ Yeas experience in Application Development with C#-Programming, .Net
- Expertise in IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
- Knowledge in Cloud-Patterns (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and IoT-Patterns
- Knowledge in IoT Technologies and Platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Fluency in English (B2+)
