It's not work directly on the end-solution (copy, design, development, etc.), but it's about defining and designing the To-Be journey blueprint (= what the experience should look like in a given journey based on customer insights and identified pain points, or unmet expectations), fine-tuning it together with individual commercial business owners, and subsequently helping them implement it into delivery.
