Customer Journey Expert / Full remote / 0199
ABOUT POSITION:
- owns and manages experience on a given E2E journey, e.g. purchase, welcome & onboarding, product use etc.
- connects with relevant business owners of individual campaigns and/or programmes that contribute to the success of the journey and ensure a harmonised experience
- brings the relevant customer insights, identifies gaps between customer needs/expectations vs. our current (As-Is) performance and together with individual business owners drives journey change/redesign to meet both customer and business objectives – define To-Be journey
- maps and documents the By-design journey experience
- has Service Design skills
It's not work directly on the end-solution (copy, design, development, etc.), but it's about defining and designing the To-Be journey blueprint (= what the experience should look like in a given journey based on customer insights and identified pain points, or unmet expectations), fine-tuning it together with individual commercial business owners, and subsequently helping them implement it into delivery.
