About project:
- In this role you will collaborate with brilliant thinkers from cross-functional teams across the organization to create world-class content that attracts, engages, and retains customers. If you excel at crafting engaging copy that seamlessly flows from start to finish that converts (knowledge of information hierarchy is a must) and have a solid grasp of UX copywriting for creating user-friendly micro-copy, we want you on our team! While we offer the freedom of remote work, you must be in time zones that are within 1-2 hours of CET.
What will be your task?
- Create clear, compelling copy that enhances user experiences across various digital mediums, including emails, landing pages, and in-app messages. In short, write and edit copy that assists in acquiring and retaining customers.
- Partner with talented designers, illustrators, marketing experts, developers, and other teams to transform business needs into persuasive messages that convert.
- Meet deadlines without compromising quality, working within 2-week sprints that demand precise, crossfunctional coordination for project success.
- Write for multiple brands across various marketing channels, ensuring copy accuracy and consistency with guidelines and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging communication patterns, and UX and marketing copywriting best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in brainstorming and ideations sessions, knowledge sharing, design critiques, and design reviews.
- Help mentor and guide junior copywriters.
- Confidently provide feedback to, and receive feedback from, people in various roles and levels across the organization, demonstrating humility and setting your ego aside for the greater good of our customers.

- Help inform strategy through user testing to validate copy and messaging to discover what resonates with our customers.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of proven experience in writing and editing marketing copy, particularly for emails, alerts, and social media ads, along with other digital channels.
- Strong Portfolio with writing samples, showing a range of content that drives audience engagement and customer growth, demonstrating a commercial mindset.
- Adapting writing styles to match different brand voices and target audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and the rationale behind your decisions.
- Willingness and flexibility to efficiently update copy based on manager, stakeholder, and legal feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.

- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and in multiple time zones.
