Technical Consultant for Digital Innovation

Working in SCRUM, you will be assigned tasks for each sprint to work on independently to:

·      Develop user-centric communication that makes complex technical topics accessible for a non-technical audience,

·      Draft internal emails and updates,

·      Create SharePoint pages with instructions and step-by-step guides, Prepare toolkits for end users and managers,

·      Prepare learning materials,

·      Launch new communications channels specifically focused on Microsoft 365 evergreen updates, ensuring that timely and relevant information is effectively delivered to all end users,

·      Prepare content of Information Sessions

·      Report and showcase your deliverables, incorporate feedback from the IT Engagement team

REQUIREMENTS:

·      3+ years relevant experience in digital marketing, corporate communications, user or employee experience, design thinking or change management;

·      Multiple years of experience working in complex multinational environment;

·      Ability to understand IT processes and translate them into easy-to-understand end user communication;

·      Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in German and English to communicate successfully across all levels of the organization, including executives;

·      Strong presentation skills and demonstrated success presenting in a clear and compelling manner;

·      Advanced knowledge about Microsoft 365 and other collaboration and communication tools;

·      Strong interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility;

·      Track record to mobilize changes within complex international projects/environments
