What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement cloud solutions on AWS using a serverless event-driven architecture.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with tools like Terraform, Ansible, CDM, and more.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs with a focus on seamless data integration.
• Build and sustain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement innovative features, ensuring top-notch testing and quality assurance.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

What We Expect

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in developing applications on AWS (CloudFront, S3, EC2, Lambda).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, TypeScript, and Rust.
• Experience in microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment with a DevOps mindset.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with serverless stack principles and AWS best practices.
• Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with real-time architecture and web technologies (e.g., WebSockets).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose and implement effective solutions.

Our Work Environment

Join a vibrant team of over 40 members where collaboration with management and development is a daily routine. We offer a hybrid working model with 3 days from home and 2 on-site, primarily using Czech for communication, with documentation available in both Czech and English as needed.
