ABOUT POSITION

Provide strategic technical leadership for a foreign development team
Drive innovation and ensure the implementation of cutting-edge technologies
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to deployment
Set clear goals and objectives for the development team and ensure they are aligned with the company's overall objectives
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including executives, team members and clients
Manage and prioritize development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones and any potential issues

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience (4+ years) in a leadership role within software development
Strong technical background with expertise in Java backend technologies as well as in JS frontend ones
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience working in an agile development environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English

We’ll be even more excited to meet you if you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience leading and managing foreign teams in a different time zone
