What will you do?

As a Business Process Analyst, you will focus on:

🔹 Optimizing business processes and conducting analysis using BPMN methodologies

🔹 Modelling current and future processes (As-Is/To-Be)

🔹 Creating process maps using tools like ARIS (other tools are also welcome)

What do we expect?

✔ Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s preferred 🎓

✔ Strong expertise in business analysis and process modelling

✔ Experience with BPMN and As-Is/To-Be modelling

✔ Hands-on experience with process mapping (ideally using ARIS)

✔ Background in the public sector (EU institutions, NATO, etc.) is a significant plus

✔ Fluent English required, French is a bonus
