ABOUT POSITION:

We are currently hiring specialists for a telecommunications project for our client. This project involves the development of a mobile application (iOS, Android) and web applications, with collaboration from another large company.

Role responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will:

Gather requirements
Communicate with the client and co-vendors
Participate in wireframe reviews and provide feedback to the UX design team
Transform various inputs into business and technical documentation for development and testing teams

During your work you will get in touch with:

Cloud solutions in AWS with microservice architecture using Kubernetes (K8s)
Biggest Flutter community in Czechia
React
.Net

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of software development methodologies and technical components
Skilled in creating business process models
Analytical mindset
Familiarity with writing user stories and acceptance criteria and handing them over to delivery teams
Understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Miro, Figma, and Confluence

Nice to have:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
Experience with eCommerce
Strong negotiation skills
Advanced level of English
