We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer (Ansible Specialist) for a 4-month remote project. If you have expertise in Windows Server automation and experience with Ansible Automation Platform, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role

As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation solutions for Windows Server infrastructure. Your expertise in Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules will help optimize deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and improve security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for Windows Server automation

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions

✅ Monitor and troubleshoot Ansible deployments, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution

✅ Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices

✅ Stay up to date with Ansible advancements and recommend improvements

✅ Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members

✅ Participate in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation

What We Expect from You

Proven experience as an Ansible Specialist or similar role
Expertise in writing Ansible playbooks and working with Ansible Automation Platform
Strong understanding of Windows Server automation and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
