Network Security / Firewall Rule Management

We are looking for an Network Security / Firewall Rule Management for our client. We looking for someone who can operate in one of three positions:

a)     Supports executive decision making on Group and Corporate strategic matters with detailed financials and analytics

b)     Acts as a principal on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions

c)     Drives change management projects through taking ownership for the integration process and manages multiple stakeholder interests

Tasks and responsibilities:

·      Supports senior management in formulating, executing and communicating the strategy

·      Provide data, tools and frameworks to allow senior management to distil their knowledge and experience into clear strategic decisions

·      Aggregate and structure information for senior management on macroeconomic and regulatory affairs, competitor information and benchmarking

·      Ensure the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan or any agreed changes to the plan and according to agreed project management standards

·      Responsible for ensuring project work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets

·      Ensure stakeholder awareness, engagement and support through effective & timely communication

·      Coordination of different consulting services

·      Usage of input from experience and know-how

·      Conceptual lead in strategy development

·      Quality reviews of project deliverables

·      Manual implementation of firewall rules according to existing policies on the following platforms

o  Cisco ASA per ASDM

o  Cisco FTD per FMC

o  Checkpoint Firewall per Smart Dashboard

Who we’re looking for?

·      6-10 years of experience with strategic projects and change initiatives

·      Proven project management experience and deep business expertise

·      Overview across strategic initiatives of several industries

·      University degree in IT or relevant professional experience

·      Understanding of large enterprise networks, including MPLS, Routing and Switching (Cisco)

·      Experience in implementing and managing firewall rules

·      High quality focus

·      High degree of communication skills and working within a professional environment

·      Strong team player, able to collaborate with technical experts and internal customers alike

·      Proficiency in written and spoken English
