- Master's degree or similar in an IT-related field
- The drive and passion for the development and maintenance of complex systems, and you have the ability and the desire to act as a Tech Lead
- +5 years of experience working with software development and delivery
- Experience working with Secure Development Lifecycle and Threat Modelling
- A good business mindset and is used to working directly with customers, using your deep technical skills as well as an understanding of consultancy IT services.
- Working experience with different agile frameworks e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in working with global blended teams
