Senior Developer/Architect

About this opportunity…

We are developing a set of SaaS web-based applications and websites to help businesses with Data Governance (Business Glossary & Data Catalog, Data Quality and Reference Data Management). We are now looking for a Senior Backend Developer/Architect for external help.

You will be building and working on enterprise-grade software systems on top of the cloud development stack. 

What you can expect:

· Working on complex systems development

· Performing coding, code commenting, debugging, bug fixing, code reviewing, and other related activities in accordance with company coding conventions, approved designs, and project standards

· Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications

· Writing technical design specifications, participating in design reviews and providing inputs and recommendations for design

· Maintaining high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits

· Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget

· Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability

· Working with a continuous integration approach to deliver features into our production applications

Perfect job for you, if you have:

· Relevant experience in SaaS projects based on Spring Boot and Spring Cloud stack commercial Java projects

· Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-grade software

· Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development theories and techniques

· Ability to understand requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes.

· Ability to oversee development efforts

· Skills and experience as a full-stack developer with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, Liquibase, OAuth 2.0, TypeScript, ReactJS, Oracle, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs

· Experience in analyzing and resolving technical and application problems

· Experience with Docker, Docker Swarm. Kubernetes experience is a plus

· Experience with Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus

· Understanding of modern IT and DevOps DCs and cloud operations is a plus.
