Iconity is increasing its team and looking for IT Recruiters who will focus on the world of Data Intelligence business. We are looking for a senior and also a junior role. Our headquarters are in Brno, in the Czech Republic, but our clients are also from Austria, Germany, Ireland, USA, .... Our offices are in Prague, Brno, and Vienna.What you can expect:

Direct communication with data intelligence and application development specialists

Planning and managing recruitment processes, selecting tools for searching (from researchers’ shortlists, database, social media)

Posting jobs to appropriate job board/social networks, participation in marketing activities, etc.

Conducting interviews with IT specialists and coordinating the recruitment process with our internal experts

Initiating the onboarding process with new candidates

Cooperating with recruiters and sales representatives

Performing other tasks assigned by your superiors

Finding time for self-education and self-improvement
Perfect job for you, if you have:
Senior
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
-
Hands-on experience with some of the ATS
-
Knowledge and use of social media platforms and other search engines to source candidates

Excellent communication skills and representative performance

Communicative English and German are a must (written, spoken)

Overall knowledge of the data intelligence area is a plus

Good knowledge of MS Office

Organizational skills

A smile on your face and a pleasant attitude
Junior
