Simplity is looking for a talented Product Owner for our data intelligence platform Accurity to help organizations worldwide to define, monitor, and maintain the data across their organizations.

Accurity’s customer base has a global presence and includes BRD, Erste Group, J&T Banka, ZDF Studios, Notino, or My Muscle Chef.
Accurity supports multiple solutions across the entire project life cycle and is available onpremises or as a SaaS. Accurity offers comprehensive solutions covering data harmonization, business glossary, data catalog, business data lineage, data quality, and reference data management.
As a Product Owner for Accurity, you’ll be responsible for shaping product strategy and leading product discovery and will join a team of skillful professionals already working on the applications. Most of the team works from Brno, but we also have offices in Prague and Vienna.
You will work alongside our current product development, marketing, and sales teams to assist in managing the application, from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. You will collaborate daily with engineering, quality assurance, and design in an agile environment.
What you can expect:
- Lead a product development team, working closely with designers, engineers, and product analysts to realize solutions that help enterprises make complex data operations easier
- Talk to users and partners weekly, learning about their needs and exploring opportunities
- Guide the product development team in product discovery
- Own outcome and impact of your product initiatives
- Stay up to date on the state of the data intelligence market
- Identify the most impactful opportunities for improvement, prioritize product initiatives, and define success
- Collaborate on designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research with our product analysts
- Define go-to-market strategy and ensure a smooth launch of your product initiatives
Perfect job for you, if you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management
- Experience shipping developer-facing features or products
- Skillful honesty and excellent communication skills; you know how to gain the product development team’s trust naturally
- Willingness to mentor and lead the R&D team in product discovery
- Systemic and strategic thinking, confident in creating a holistic overview of your product area
- Experience defining and evaluating product outcomes and metrics
- Familiar with designing and evaluating qualitative and quantitative research
- Familiar with human-centered design and the ability to understand, map and synthesize customer journeys
- Focused and disciplined with a solid ability to prioritize, stay oriented to the goal, and prevent the team from getting distracted
- Good information structuring and visualization, able to help people navigate complex problems
