Your Main Tasks Will Include:
- Managing the operation and development of the information system with internal teams
- Coordinating technical support at L2 and L3 levels and resolving security incidents
- Deploying new versions and modifying product environments for customers
- Ensuring compliance with SLA and quality of provided services in collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager
- Preparing materials for service reports and monitoring key performance indicators
- Supporting the DevOps team, implementation, and testing
- Collaborating with other departments on technical tasks
- Leading and developing the team, planning capacities, and evaluating performance
- Organizing meetings and actively participating in project discussions
- Planning and managing work of both internal teams and external suppliers
What We Expect from You:
- Secondary/University education focused on IT
- Experience leading a team of 20 - 30 people
- Technological background (developer, architect, project manager)
- Previous experience in a software company
- English for reading documentation and code
