What awaits you:

• Managing processes according to TPM procedures.
• Identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and reduce scrap.
• Defining the scope and objectives of improvement programs.
• Collecting, reviewing, and processing proposals from submitters and resolving them.
• Collaborating on the implementation of TPM proposals.
• Feasibility analysis and evaluation of proposals based on effort and benefit.

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of the manufacturing process.
• English at least at a basic communication level.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean, Kaizen, VSM, and root cause analysis systems.
• Good presentation skills and knowledge of MS Excel.

What you can look forward to:

• Salary: 60,000 - 85,000 CZK per month.
