Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full testing of traction converters from an electrical and software standpoint.
- Perform and evaluate comprehensive functional and standardized tests.
- Upload, debug, and fine-tune control software, making necessary adjustments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation.
- Maintain all required documentation, including protocols and FAT reports.
- Participate in FATs, handle equipment delivery, and resolve any technical issues.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to support commissioning efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- University or secondary education in electrical engineering.
- Previous similar experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Responsible, accurate, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer-oriented communication approach.
- Valid electrical qualification under Czech Decree No. 50/1978.
