What will your responsibilities be?

• Optimization of production processes (SMT, THT)
• Primary focus on soldering processes and THT components soldering
• Setting soldering equipment parameters for quality production
• Active participation in the Lean team and support of continuous improvement
• Working with data analysis and improvement programs
• Updating standard operating procedures and process documentation
• Introduction of new processes and equipment

Requirements:

• Education in electronics or electromechanics (secondary/university) is an advantage, but not a condition
• At least 3 years of experience in a process engineer position
• English at a technical/communicative level
• Flexibility and independence
