We are on the hunt for a seasoned Cyber Security Manager to steer our internal IT team towards a robust security posture. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with cyber security regulations such as ZoKB and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Evolve risk management and security measures in IT/OT environments effectively.
• Lead the development and implementation of internal security education systems.
• Mentor and guide a team of security specialists, fostering growth and support.
• Organize penetration tests and manage subsequent mitigation measures.
• Conduct risk analyses and propose practical mitigations for identified vulnerabilities.
• Create and review security policies emphasizing on actionable application.
• Maintain active communication with stakeholders to align security strategies.

What We Expect:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of practical experience in information or cyber security.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a security team.
• Proficient knowledge of risk management and IT/OT/ICS technologies.
• Fluent in English (B2 level) for communication and documentation.
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO/IEC 27001.
• Familiarity with DORA, NIS2, and ISO7002.
• Experience with security tools like SIEM/XDR/EDR (Sentinel, Arcight, Qualys, etc.).
• Background in critical infrastructure is an advantage.
