What will your job involve?

• Maintaining and developing contacts with customers as a key partner in quality.
• Handling complaints, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Participating in customer audits.
• Daily communication with the production team and other departments of the plant.
• Sampling of new products and managing changes in production according to customer requirements.
• Ensuring validation of changes in compliance with customer requirements.

• At least secondary technical education.
• Active knowledge of German and English for daily communication in spoken and written form.
• Knowledge of quality tools and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
