Are you ready to take the lead in cybersecurity and manage a dynamic team of professionals? At Grafton, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic SOC & CyberSecurity Manager to join our internal IT team. Bring your expertise to help develop and manage cutting-edge security SIEM systems.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of 8 security specialists, including SOC analysts and Security Operators.
• Develop and implement security strategies and SOC processes.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of SIEM systems, focusing on vulnerability management, incident response, and leveraging XDR/EDR systems, primarily using Microsoft tools.
• Foster team growth by sharing your expertise and nurturing a people-oriented approach.
• Communicate with system vendors to ensure optimal security solutions.
• Analyze and report on attacks and vulnerabilities; aid in implementing preventative measures.
• Utilize your security knowledge across various domains including legal, technical frameworks, and technical specifications.

What You Need to Succeed:

Required Qualifications:

• Technical education in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Security, Cyber Security, or SOC.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and collaboration with legal departments.
• Experience with SIEM systems, ideally Microsoft (MS Sentinel).
• Familiarity with additional security tools across SIEM/XDR/EDR is desirable (e.g., Sentinel, Arcight, Qualys, Splunk, Trellix, Rapid7).
