What You'll Do

• Serve as an internal expert, advising departments on ITOM and CMDB best practices
• Assist in designing and maintaining our Configuration Management Database processes
• Track and validate Discovery completion results, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical challenges in the discovery process
• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams to address and overcome technical obstacles
• Manage incident cases and take ownership of special technical instances
• Continuously apply and refine best practices in ITOM and CMDB operations

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Mandatory:
• 2–3 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically ITOM and CMDB
• Extensive hands-on experience optimizing Discovery, modifying and creating patterns
• Valid work permit for the Czech Republic (per local labor regulations)
• Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken
• Solid organization and advanced time management abilities
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization
• Preferred:
• Experience navigating complex server, network, and database environments
• Strong infrastructure troubleshooting and communication skills
• Comfortable negotiating and collaborating with diverse teams
