Serial Life Manager – Flexible Working Hours and Attractive Salary

Become a key figure in product lifecycle management!

Do you have experience in a manufacturing environment and would like to manage products in the serial production phase? Join us as a Serial Life Manager and take responsibility for managing the product lifecycle and profitability!

What to expect:

• Taking responsibility for products after their LAUNCH phase
• Managing profitability and costs of the product throughout its lifecycle
• Monitoring and improving production indicators like OEE, FPY, and defect rate
• Planning and optimizing production capacities using Lean tools
• Coordinating change management including creating plans and escalations
• Collaborating on tests, samples, and experiments with development teams

What we expect:

• University degree in a technical field
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• English at a minimum B2 level
• Experience in project management for at least 2 years

What we offer:

• Monthly salary ranging from 60,000 to 85,000 CZK
• Annual bonuses and flexible working hours
• 25 days of vacation and a shortened work week (37.5 hours)
