Your Key Responsibilities:

• Define the strategic direction for our web platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology roadmaps.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve platform objectives.
• Drive innovation and ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the platform, ensuring integration of modern and secure solutions.
• Manage the platform’s budget, resources, and timelines efficiently.
• Supervise external partners to ensure they meet quality standards and timelines.
• Ensure the platform complies with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.

What We Expect From You:

• Experience as a DevOps Manager or Web Platform Manager.
• A valid work permit according to Czech labor law.
• Strong expertise in web architectures and modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AEM, Azure, and AWS is an advantage.
• Leadership abilities with proven experience in aligning teams and motivating them.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking to understand business requirements.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
