We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager for a Czech start-up whose name you already know well in the Czech Republic. Join our company, which offers a strong background, unique corporate culture, and ambitious plans to expand its portfolio.

What you can expect:

• Development of business activities in the categories of Cosmetics & Mother & Child, with an emphasis on growing product segments 🍼👼
• Implementation of sales strategies focused on growth, optimizing the offer, and maximizing potential
• Strategic management of the product portfolio and market analysis
• Close cooperation with the marketing team on campaign creation
• Building and maintaining key business relationships and partnerships
• Coordination with internal teams to achieve business goals

What we expect from you:

• Creativity, proactivity, and drive ⚡️
• Experience in cosmetics or products for mothers and children
• A minimum of two years of experience in KAM/AM positions
• Client-oriented approach and the ability to understand and become an ambassador of our brand
• Ability to work in a start-up environment and independence 👀
• Basic knowledge of English with the possibility of internal courses ✍️
