Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies like Java, SQL, and Spring.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and design solutions.
• Perform code reviews and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and code quality.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and development standards.
• Stay abreast of technology trends and contribute to internal technical communities.

Soft Skills & Leadership:

• Create trusted relationships across teams.
• Approach challenges with patience, resilience, and active listening.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Java SE 8+, including JDBC, multithreading, XML, and messaging.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and database principles.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE.

Nice to Have:

• Middleware (MQ, JMS) and web services (SOAP, REST API).
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and scripting.
• DevOps practices including versioning, CI/CD, and testing.
• Experience with authentication/authorization (e.g., Ping, OPA, RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC).
