What You'll Do:

• Incident Management: Lead the coordination and escalation of complex technical issues to guarantee swift and efficient resolutions.
• Team Coordination: Mobilize experts in servers, virtualization, networks, and security as required, while external vendors handle the technical resolutions.
• ITIL Methodology Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for all incidents.
• Cross-Company Communication: Engage with internal customers and infrastructure teams for optimal solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Support problem analysis, brainstorming, and the swift identification of technically optimal solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing major incidents in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and application systems.
• Expertise in diagnosing, analyzing, and solving complex technical problems.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional IT teams.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level—both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework or other incident management processes.
• Detail-oriented documentation skills for all incident management activities.
