Your daily IT support responsibilities:

• Responding to hardware, software, and network-related inquiries
• Configuring, upgrading, and maintaining systems and applications
• Processing global and local service and hardware change tickets
• Participating in project management according to ITIL or SCRUM methodologies
• Contributing to IT Security projects
• Managing Wi-Fi connection issues, LAN, and WAN
• Overseeing IT inventory and maintenance for new employees
• Assisting fellow employees/users with app installations
• Identifying and documenting technical issues
• Creating and contributing to manuals
• Striving for the best customer feedback

Requirements:

• Advanced level of spoken and written English (B2+/C1)
• Proficiency in Czech/Slovak (B2+/C1)
• At least 3 years of experience with L1 and L2 Onsite support (management of HW and SW)
• Experience using tools similar to Active Directory (ID and user administration)
• Experience in onsite support (installations, PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
• ITIL experience or certification
