Your Responsibilities:

• Manage HR, compensation, and benefits processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate on HR program implementation across the organization.
• Lead HR projects focusing on process standardization and benefits improvement.
• Address, analyze, and resolve employee and manager queries effectively.
• Conduct HR data audits for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Partner with HRBPs on compensation and benefits projects.
• Deliver training sessions for the HR community.
• Support changes to collective bargaining agreements.
• Coordinate and support employee mobility programs.
• Assist the HR Delivery team in executing HR strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in an international workplace.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Fluency in Polish, Dutch, and English.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Experience with compensation and benefits orientation and HR information systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
