Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at IT Hub in Prague. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver Salesforce-based applications that meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Customize Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, and validation rules to optimize system performance and user experience.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications, utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Perform unit testing and assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance system functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
Document technical specifications, solution designs, and development activities.

Requirements

Experience with at least one OOP language, such as Java, C#, C++, Force.com.
In addition to Salesforce, you’re skilled and interested in all phases of SDLC (i.e., Analysis, Design, Test, Delivery…).
You’re experienced in Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodology, and the development of associated artifacts (i.e., implement user stories, acceptance criteria).
You’re familiar with CI/CD, Automated testing tools (GitLab CI, Bamboo, Jenkins, Puppet, Provar, etc..), incl Azure DevOps
You’re detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple work efforts with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
