We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Benefits Specialist to help design and manage innovative employee benefit programs across Europe, with a focus on Poland. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Benefits: Oversee benefit plans in Europe, ensuring compliance with local laws and adherence to company standards.
  • Program Implementation: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop and implement effective benefit programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure programs comply with regulations while managing costs efficiently.
  • Team Support: Advise HR, Employee Relations, and Payroll teams on benefits-related inquiries.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance and address any arising issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in handling multi-country benefits programs.
  • Skills: Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Polish is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
