What to expect:

• Leading investment and tooling projects.
• Collaborating on the development of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Planning and optimizing manufacturing procedures.
• Consulting tool design with suppliers.
• Supporting plants from samples to mass production.
• Improving processes and preparing feasibility studies.
• Coordinating tool repairs and modifications.
• Managing and evaluating FMEA.
• Close collaboration with production, quality, and optimization.
• Designing and implementing special-purpose machines.

What we expect from you:

Mandatory qualifications:

• Minimum education: Technical high school.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Experience in a similar position (process engineer, technologist, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Organizational skills, communication skills, and project management ability.
• Driver's license category B.

We offer you:

• Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 CZK per month.
• 5 weeks of vacation and a 13th and 14th salary.
