Join our team as a Program Manager in Automotive!
Do you have experience in project management and are looking for an opportunity to work in the dynamic environment of the automotive industry? Then this offer is just for you! Become part of our team and contribute to the success of projects from initial assignment to serial production.
What will you do?
- Manage customer projects from assignment to handover to serial production.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead the project team across departments (development, production, quality, controlling).
- Responsible for meeting project goals in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Active communication with customers and internal teams, preparation and leading of project meetings.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Support project controlling and implement improvement measures (CIP).
Requirements:
- Secondary/University education in technical or economic fields.
- Experience in project or program management in automotive production (experience with serial production is an advantage).
- Knowledge of automotive processes and standards (e.g., APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949).
- Ability to coordinate projects across departments and communicate with customers and suppliers.
- Experience in managing changes in serial production and preparing budgets.
