Process Engineer in Manufacturing Company: Opportunity for Lean Experts

We are looking for a new team member in process engineering for a major automotive company. If you enjoy process optimization and have experience with Lean methods, you're in the right place!

Key responsibilities:

• Improving production and support processes
• Identifying weaknesses, waste, and losses and turning them into growth opportunities
• Leading and facilitating Kaizen workshops, implementing Lean tools such as 5S, TPM, SMED, Poka-Yoke
• Collaborating on increasing line efficiency and reducing defects
• Supporting teams in building a culture of continuous improvement
• Data analysis (OEE, scrap rate, takt time) for change management
• Participating in projects introducing new technologies and optimizing production layouts
• Collaborating with other plants within the global group

What we expect from you:

• Secondary/University education in a technical field (engineering is an advantage)
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, Poka-Yoke, VSM
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and processes
• Communicative level of English
• Analytical thinking and precision in problem-solving
