We are looking for a capable Process Engineer focused on process improvement and technological development. Job Description:

• Evaluating and improving manufacturing processes and assembly technologies.
• Designing optimal work procedures and suitable tools.
• Work analysis and time studies focused on efficiency.
• Designing, testing, and implementing new technological solutions.
• Collaborating on innovative projects and change management.
• Technical supervision of compliance with established processes.
• Evaluating the return on optimization projects.
• Preparing analyses, statistics, and regular reporting to management.
• Communication with foreign colleagues and the parent company.

Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company.
• Experience with lean manufacturing methods and process optimization.
• Familiarity with documentation of work instructions and standardization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CAD/CAM environments is an advantage.
• Communicative level of English is essential.
