• Managing and being responsible for production processes in your area – with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyzing production procedures and finding ways to improve and streamline them.
• Collaborating with maintenance, IT, and the production team on optimizations and technical challenges.
• Designing and implementing improvements with direct monitoring of their operation in practice.
• Involvement in the introduction of new products and adapting production lines.
• Applying lean manufacturing tools (such as 5S, TPM, RCA) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Candidate requirements:

• Secondary or university education in a technical or electrical field.
• Ability to read drawings and work in AutoCAD.
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and production specifications.
• Experience with starting a production line or introducing new products.
• Communicative level of English language.
