Join us as a Material and Logistics Manager!

We are looking for an experienced professional for an automotive company in Liberec who will lead the strategy of material flow and logistics. If you enjoy challenges and want to contribute to process improvement, we are looking for you!

What will you do?

Optimize working capital
Lead and implement strategies for material flow and logistics
Support continuous improvement and implement global standards
Lead projects and improve warehouse operations
Support collaboration and enable data-driven decision making
Report to management and support lean engineering

What do we require from you?

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, material planning, and logistics
At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
Advanced skills in MS Office, SAP, and production management software (e.g., Plex, Solidat)
Experience with Power BI, SolidWorks, AutoCAD
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
