🎯 Your Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of corporate communication strategy.
• Leading and mentoring a team of communication and PR specialists.
• Managing media relations and actively building relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Unifying all external and internal communication and channels.
• Crisis management and transparent communication in unexpected situations.
• Managing internal communication and inspiring transfer of strategic goals.

💼 What We Expect from You:

• 10 years of experience in PR, internal and external communication.
• At least 5 years in a managerial position with responsibility for strategy and team.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (B1-B2).
• Knowledge of trends in PR and digital communication.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
